Q. What is the difference between your SURE-FIRE and SMART-FIRE systems?

A. The SURE-FIRE systems are designed for standard road use and work with the original coils or equivalent aftermarket replacements.  The SMART-FIRE are designed for racing, performance or fast road use. They offer many features not possible with the SURE-FIRE systems, including a user-programmable rev-limiter, mapped advance curve plus low power consumption. They are a complete package, including miniature high-energy coils, leads & caps.

Q. How easy is it to fit one of your ignition systems?

A. Our detailed, full colour installation booklet makes it easy for almost anyone to follow.  If you should experience any difficulty, our technical support team is on hand to help.

Q. How long does it take to fit one of your ignition systems?

A. Most installations take 1-2 hours.

Q. How reliable are your ignition systems?

A. Very reliable.  All system parts are tested a minimum of two times, including a pre-delivery test & inspection.  This is backed by a peace-of-mind 7½ year warranty.

Q. How long will my order take to reach me?

A. We aim to despatch within 1-2 business days from receipt of order.
New Zealand orders: delivery is by NZ Post or Courier Post, depending upon order size/value/weight.
Overseas delivery is by NZ Post International Airmail or Courier, depending upon order size/value/weight. Standard delivery time to reach destination country is 10-14 business days (airmail), 2-6 business days (courier) from despatch date.

A. Our ENERGY BOOSTER ignition module is designed to get the most from standard points & coil ignition, whether 6 or 12 volts.
