Smart-Fire Crank Trig. Single 4 Stroke

Note: engineering facilities are required to install this system.
This is a general purpose ignition system, not specific to particular makes/models, but can be adapted to suit a range of motorcycles.
It is generally fitted to competition motorcycles, running a total-loss (battery only) setup.

The PAZON SMART-FIRE is the hassle-free solution to your ignition worries.

This system can be adapted to suit many single cylinder 4 Stroke machines.
For 12 Volt electrics (positive or negative earth).

The kit comprises the ignition module, miniature hall-effect trigger, single output digital ignition coil, ht lead & plug cap.
Also supplied: wiring, connectors, fixing screws/nuts/washers and full colour 16 page installation booklet.

Note: the timing disc (rotor) is not supplied.  This must be made up to suit your crankshaft or engine speed shaft/pulley.
Also, a suitable mounting bracket must be made to hold the trigger.  Please see the installation booklet for full details.

SMART-FIRE completely replaces the original ignition system (if one is currently fitted).
The result is improved performance, excellent starting, smoother running and low maintenance.

Worried about over-revving your engine?
The SMART-FIRE has a built-in rev-limiter.
At the push of a button you can set the rev-limit to anything above 3000 rpm.
Can be reset just as easily at any time.

Have you found setting the timing on your current ignition system a bit 'hit and miss'?
Timing made easy, with the on-board static timing light.

Are your old ignition coils bulky and battery-thirsty?
The SMART-FIRE includes a miniature high energy ignition coil.
The result? Very high spark energy from one of the smallest coils around.
The SMART-FIRE features active dwell control that maintains the right energy in the ignition coil for optimum performance, whatever the engine rpm.
The intelligent software also means that SMART-FIRE is highly efficient, drawing little power, extending battery life considerably.
