Rectifier/regulator for use with any two/three wire permanent magnet alternator, up to 200 watts, including Lucas RM21 AND RM23. Also suitable for use with earlier three wire alternators, e.g. RM18, RM19 and similar types.
Simplify your wiring: replaces rectifier and zener diode (12 volt models) on British bikes (single/twins and triples).
Can be used to convert 6 volt 3-wire alternators
to 12 volt charging (see link to data sheet below).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Locate the unit close to the battery, if possible. Do not fit into a very confined space. Allow some air space around the unit for cooling, ideally in the airflow for high load systems.
Mount to the frame with two fixing bolts, nuts and washers. The case does not have to be earthed, therefore it can be rubber mounted or mounted onto a surface that is not grounded.

YELLOW WIRES: ALTERNATOR INPUT
GREEN WIRE: NEGATIVE OUTPUT
RED WIRE: POSITIVE OUTPUT
BLUE WIRE: CUT BLUE WIRE FOR 12 VOLT USE, LEAVE INTACT FOR 6 VOLT USE.
